If you have a product from Minors Cart which is not up to the mark or have some problem, you don't need to very because we have the most customer friendly exchange/return policy.
Exchange: In case you want to exchange a product just pack it carefully and send it to us within 7 days of receiving the parcel. We will analyze the product and process your exchange within two to three working days. It is the responsibility of customer to send the parcel back to us. There are partial charges of PKR 150 on exchange.
Return: In case of returns the customer will send us the article within 7 days of receiving the parcel. It is important that the article is in original condition i.e. no damages done and tags are intact. Upon receiving the parcel Minors Cart will analyze the article and process refunds within two to three working days. It is the responsibility of customer to send the parcel back to us. There are partial charges of PKR250 on return/refund.
Important Note: It is the responsibility of the customer to send us the parcel in time without any damages, unused and all tags intact. If the article is damaged or used under any circumstances we reserve the right to deny full or partial refund/exchange amount. If we receive a damaged or used product and the customer wants the same article back there will be delivery charges of PKR250 to send the article back to the customer.
If the customer receives a defected or damaged article or there are any size fault at our end or the article is different from the photos, we will pay PKR100 for the delivery charges. We recommend to send the article via Pakistan Post so that your delivery charges are as minimum as possible.
